Keep the shared task progress aligned with agent
reports that lack Bambu cloud task identity.
Release the lazily allocated task during reset to
avoid leaks when machine objects reconnect.
The U1 exposes no /server/webcams/list entry;
its camera only captures after an explicit
camera.start_monitor RPC, which the Moonraker
websocket executes unauthenticated but only
answers over MQTT - so the call is fire and
forget.
Start the camera when the camera view is
shown and renew every 300 s: the printer
retires the capture task at ~362 s and
stop_monitor is accepted but ineffective,
so teardown is simply to stop renewing.
Frames land in monitor.jpg as still JPEGs
(~2 fps at interval 0), so the webview loads
a local HTML wrapper that repolls with a
cache buster.
Pause/resume/stop, g-code sends, temps, and
light ran synchronous HTTP on the UI thread,
freezing the app up to 10s per click on slow
or unreachable printers.
Run them on a single agent-owned FIFO worker
so g-code ordering is preserved, while command
translation stays synchronous so unsupported-
command dialogs still work.
Add a pending-disabled state to the pause,
resume, and abort buttons for Moonraker-family
printers: the icon only flips once the
WebSocket reports the real state, which also
rules out double-click races.
M620 is Bambu firmware dialect, not a
neutral command. Composing it in
MachineObject let non-Bambu agents
(Moonraker/Klipper) forward it and
report success on firmware that
cannot run it.
Agents now own the dialect: the
default refusal on IPrinterAgent
returns not-supported so the UI
can say so; BBLPrinterAgent keeps
the byte-identical composition.
The monitor panel showed wrong or missing
data for Moonraker printers, and its
controls did nothing.
Push payload now carries layer number and
total layers. Remaining time replaces the
wrong total_duration - print_duration
formula. The chamber light toggle maps to
Klipper SET_PIN / SET_LED, and pause,
resume and stop post to
/printer/print/{action}. Task thumbnails
resolve via /server/files/thumbnails onto
a new MachineObject thumbnail url.
Filament sync switches to pull mode so the
agent is queried on demand.
Not compiled or run.
Set `use_ssl` to false to ensure Moonraker
connectivity, as the service uses HTTP rather
than HTTPS, preventing connection issues. Initialize
device info early for reliable name resolution.
Ports the agent lifecycle, duplicate
agent-id, built-in-id clash and
status-resolution tests. The loader
runs on a detached worker thread, so
the lifecycle tests live in their own
executable. Tests install the
production unload-side registry
wiring themselves (no GUI in the
test binary) and register agents
manually so concurrent loads stay
deterministic.
Replace per-printer auto-activation
(is_current_printer_agent_plugin)
with a global experimental AppConfig
toggle, default off: legacy
print-host behavior is unchanged
until the user opts in. The toggle
drives device-tab routing, print
button defaults, connect-button
visibility and sidebar layout, and
dedups machine-select dialog opens.
set_live_printer_agent centralizes
the swap: deselect the machine,
clear stale sidebar state and the
previous agent's Other Devices, then
install the new agent (or null when
its provider vanished). Plugin
load/unload callbacks refresh the
dropdown and re-run agent selection.
load_last_machine no longer falls
back to the first available machine.
A dedicated PrinterAgentChoice field
reads rows straight from the live
agent registry and stores the agent
id string, replacing the fake-coEnum
index mapping. The field moves to
TabPrinter and registers with the
searcher so UnsavedChanges renders
it; the PhysicalPrinterDialog copy
and its update hook are removed
(#125). switch_printer_agent now
resolves ids via
resolve_printer_agent_id.
Reject a printer-agent capability
whose agent ID is already owned by
another capability or built-in:
flag the plugin error, disable the
capability, and warn the user
instead of silently ignoring it.
Distinguish a loaded plugin whose
capability errored (RuntimeError,
warn-styled, stays checked) from a
load-time Error. Status now derives
via resolve_plugin_status(); enum
ordinal keeps dialog sort priority.
Unloading clears stale errors.
Keep user access code intact to maintain access rights even if
device slot is unpopulated, ensuring continuous connection
and status message reception.
get_user_print_info()'s HTTP fetch can run on a worker thread (e.g. BindJob),
but parse_user_print_info() mutates userMachineList (insert/erase/delete
MachineObject). on_machine_alive (SSDP) mutates the same maps on the UI thread
without locking, so parsing off-thread races the map and frees MachineObjects
out from under it -> heap corruption.
Keep all device-list mutation on the UI thread: parse inline when already on
the main thread, otherwise marshal via CallAfter so it stays serialized with
on_machine_alive.

Drop the orphaned PluginCallbackList (dead
after the PluginManager migration) and hop
run_on_*_callbacks onto the UI thread via
CallAfter, snapshotting under the mutex on the
worker first. Keeps wx subscribers off the
detached load/unload workers.
Only one action source ever existed, so the
IActionSource interface and ScriptActionSource
are gone. ActionRegistry now subscribes to the
plugin loader and enumerates actions directly
in init() - no polymorphism for one impl.
Replace the opaque FNV-hash SpeedDialActionId
with a readable composed id of the form
prefix:title:source_key. Split AppAction's
single source field into source_key (stable
identity, e.g. plugin_key) and source_name
(display), so identity and display no longer
share one field.
Keep action identity and display metadata
constructor-set so registry keys cannot drift
from the objects they index.
Require sources to publish unique ownership while
the registry retains shared keepalive for runs.
Preserve opaque IDs and persisted state keys.
Lifecycle callbacks can be registered while
another thread dispatches them, risking races
and iterator invalidation.
Snapshot shared callback objects under a mutex,
then invoke them unlocked to preserve reentrancy
and mutable callback state.
Move plugin capability enumeration, loader
subscriptions, and action construction into
ScriptActionSource. Keep ActionRegistry focused
on generic action state, dispatch, and snapshots.
Use source rather than package for generic origin
metadata so future non-plugin providers share the
same interface. Action IDs and persisted
configuration remain unchanged.
Subscribe before initial enumeration so plugin
events cannot be missed between the snapshot and
callback registration. Add a focused test for
source startup.
Decouple registry dispatch from plugin-specific
result types so future action types can provide
their own run implementations.
Store actions behind shared pointers to keep them
alive while plugin UI pumps a nested event loop
and queued refreshes mutate the registry. Scope
"don't ask again" to an individual action instead
of its whole plugin.
Plugins dialog and the Speed Dial popup each
carried a private copy of the same fuzzy
matcher and had already drifted. Move the
pure functions into a shared module loaded
by both pages, and add a unit test beside
it.
Right-clicking a fav tile now opens a small
context menu with Move left, Move right, and
Unpin, instead of relying on drag-only reorder.
- speeddial.js: oncontextmenu handler, the
menu build/position/dismiss logic, and an
Escape-key close.
- style.css: .ctx-menu/.ctx-item styling.
- ActionRegistry: reorder_favourites persists
the new bar order to AppConfig.
- SpeedDialDialog: routes the new
reorder_favourites command from the page.
runnable was hardcoded true on every action,
and only loaded+enabled capabilities ever
reach the registry, so every JS === false
branch was unreachable. Drop the field, its
JSON, the guards, and the orphan .disabled
CSS rule.
Wire the search-first launcher's pure helpers to their node-vm spec:
resultCountText, selectedActionId, actionLabel (accessible row/tile labels
with plugin-key disambiguation), and tileCode (collision-escalating
title/pkg/ordinal monogram). Plus three fixes surfaced by the test + review:
- visibleFavourites drops non-runnable favourites - a dead fav tile
otherwise renders and run()s to a silent no-op on click.
- .fav-tile mirrors the list tile's inline-flex centering + 12px so a
multi-char monogram (e.g. "EA1") no longer clips the bare button.
- Arrow Left/Right stop swallowing the search caret in the list zone;
they only navigate when inside the favourites bar.
Replace the toolbar sort dropdown with sortable Name/Source/Status column
headers that cycle ascending, descending, then clear. Add a Source column
and a PluginSortKey::None baseline for the cleared state. The whole header
cell is the click target and the sort triangle snaps in without a fade.
Handle user_ticket_login
Legacy Bambu network plugins completed embedded login with
user_login, which the WebView dialog already handled.
Newer Bambu login flows can complete with user_ticket_login and
return only a short-lived ticket. The external browser path already
worked because the local HTTP callback server exchanges that ticket
for tokens, fetches the user profile, and passes the resulting session
payload to change_user.
Mirror that ticket exchange path for embedded WebView login so the
dialog can handle user_ticket_login instead of silently ignoring it
after verification-code submission.

Introduce get_json_string_field in OrcaCloudServiceAgent.cpp to safely extract string fields from JSON objects.
* Add resolve_display_name helper
Introduce resolve_display_name to normalize provider metadata labels for the UI. The helper returns the first non-empty value from display_name, nickname, full_name, name, falling back to username, resolving human-facing label across varying provider payloads.
* Replace safe_str anonymous function
Replace get_json_string_field for better readability.
* Replace resolution flow for nickname with function
Consolidate both flows into one function for easier maintenance and more consistency.
