Improve Czech localization translations (#13666)

* Improve Czech localization translations

Updated and improved Czech translations for OrcaSlicer UI strings.

- Fixed untranslated entries
- Improved terminology consistency
- Adjusted wording to better match PrusaSlicer style
- Fixed plural forms and formatting placeholders
- Remaining untranslated strings will be completed later

* fix errors
