Misc fixes to GUI strings (#14047)

* Degrees symbol don't need localization

* The Z when referring to the axis should be uppercase

* Fix the spelling of "GitHub" to camelcase

* Unify the casing of mouse button shortcuts

* Always use G-code with an hyphen

* Fix the spelling of "restricted"

* More grammar fixes

* add missing modifications
