mosfet80 70e5b330be Fix openSUSE package names for ninja and WebKitGTK (#15384 )

`ninja-build` and `webkit2gtk4-devel` no longer exist on Tumbleweed. Use `ninja`, and use `webkitgtk3-devel` for WebKit. It is the GTK3 build and ships the `webkit2gtk-4.1.pc` that `src/slic3r/CMakeLists.txt` requires.

Files in this directory are named for the exact output of awk -F= '/^ID=/ {print $2}' /etc/os-release for their respective distribution.

When build_linux.sh is executed, the respective file for the distribution will be sourced so the distribution specific instructions/logic are used.
