HanifKoh 56da2f43b0 Remove the Unused Slice Preset Record That Raced the Slicing Thread (#16649) ...

`Plater::record_slice_preset` built a json from the current presets and then discarded it. It also read `full_print_config()` on the UI thread while the slicing thread's filament-map write-back reassigned it. On multi-filament projects this crashed Orca right after a slice started.

Remove the function and its two callers in `Plater::reslice()` and `PrintJob::process`.
