Boris SamorodovandClaude Opus 5.5 546b9c621d Fix Qidi start G-code ignoring the selected plate type ...

The start G-code of fdm_qidi_x3_common, Qidi Q1 Pro 0.4 nozzle and
Qidi X-CF Pro 0.4 nozzle heated the bed to hot_plate_temp_initial_layer,
so with "Support multi bed types" enabled every plate type got the
Smooth PEI / High Temp Plate temperature. Use
bed_temperature_initial_layer_single, which follows the selected plate.
