SoftFever f49d49b5a6 Texture displacement: typed values on every panel slider (#16395) ...

Every slider in the texture displacement panel can now be given an exact
number, either by Ctrl+clicking the track or via a small edit icon at
its right end. Both routes reuse ImGui's own temp-input mode.

Each slider also gets a tooltip with its description and its range, and
the panel's `?` popup lists both ways in.

Draft: description to be refined.
