mosfet80 8d423e0e6d Update gst-plugins-good to 1.26.11 in the Flatpak manifest (#16516) ...

Build the Flatpak's jpeg and gtk plugins from gst-plugins-good 1.26.11, so they match the GStreamer 1.26.11 core in the GNOME 50 runtime. They were built from 1.22.8.
