Hanif Koh e374956d03 Remove Unused Project Includes and Forward-Declare Where a Type Is Only Referenced
Generated with include-what-you-use and applied conservatively. Only OrcaSlicer's own headers, the ones under src/ and tests/, are removed or forward-declared; standard-library and third-party includes are left alone. An include is removed only when both the Release and the Debug configuration leave it unused, never from inside a conditional block, and never from a file with platform-specific blocks, which only gain includes. Files whose only use of a header sits behind a feature or debug macro (libvgcode's OpenGL ES and marker code, the ARACHNE/TESTS_EXPORT_SVGS debug output) keep their includes.

clonable_ptr.hpp gains #pragma once; it had no include guard and was only safe while Config.hpp was its sole includer.

HanifKoh 84657ff11e Add Missing Includes Across the Remaining Sources and Tests (#16071)
* Ignore Clipper, libpng, mcut and Boost.Polygon Internals in clang-tidy

Each only works through a wrapper or umbrella header: libslic3r/clipper.hpp or clipper_z.hpp configure Clipper before including it, png.h pulls in libpng's config headers, and Boost.Polygon's headers only compile through polygon.hpp or voronoi.hpp.

* Ignore minilzo's Config Headers in clang-tidy

lzoconf.h and lzodefs.h are internal to minilzo.h, which is what the code includes.

* Add Missing Includes Across the Remaining Sources and Tests

Covers src/slic3r/Utils, src/slic3r/plugin, src/slic3r/Config, src/libvgcode, src/dev-utils, src/OrcaSlicer.cpp and tests/, the directories left after src/slic3r/GUI and src/libslic3r. Generated with clang-tidy misc-include-cleaner. libvgcode's own headers are included by relative path as in the rest of that library, and Catch2 and pybind11 with angle brackets as elsewhere in the repo.

* Make the GUI and Test Headers Compile on Their Own

Each now includes, or forward-declares, what it uses instead of relying on what its includers happened to include first. Headers that only compile on one platform, or that nothing built includes, are left alone.

* Keep Windows and nanosvg Setup Ahead of the Added Includes

OrcaSlicer.cpp and several tests set _WIN32_WINNT, WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN or NOMINMAX before including Windows.h, and the profile validator defines NANOSVG_IMPLEMENTATION before any libslic3r header. The added includes had landed above those blocks, which broke the Windows build.

* Add the GUI Includes the First Pass Missed

Covers headers that only became editable once they compiled on their own, and wx symbols whose suggested header changed as the clang-tidy ignore list grew after the src/slic3r/GUI pass.

* Keep the Added Test Includes Below the NOMINMAX Guard

test_marchingsquares.cpp and test_texture_displacement.cpp had includes inside #ifndef NOMINMAX, which the tests inherit as defined on Windows from libslic3r, so those were skipped there. .clang-tidy also ignores the MSVC STL and UCRT internals, Boost.Multiprecision's fwd.hpp and CPython's Windows include directory, as in #16068.

HanifKoh e68694dbaf Percent-Encode Local File URLs for Embedded Web Pages (#15961)
* Percent-Encode Local File URLs for Embedded Web Pages

The Home tab, setup wizard, Project tab and other embedded pages were
loaded from file:// URLs built by pasting the resources path into a
string. A '#', '%' or '?' in the install path was then read as a URL
fragment, escape or query, so the pages failed to load, for example a
portable install under D:\#OneDrive showed a directory listing instead
of the setup wizard.

Add file_url_from_path(), built on wxFileSystem::FileNameToURL, and use
it wherever a local page or image URL is built from a path. Queries such
as ?lang= are appended after the path is encoded. The wizard's printer
cover images are passed to the page as file URLs too.

* Encode the Login Error Page URL and Cover More Windows Path Forms

The login dialog's error page was still loaded from a raw resources path;
it now uses file_url_from_path like the other local pages.

The Windows file URL tests now also cover a resources path joined with a
forward-slash relative path, as the callers build them, and a UNC path.

* Build the Flush Dialog Page URLs with the Shared Helper

WipingDialog and NozzleListTable still called
wxFileSystem::FileNameToURL directly. They now go through
file_url_from_path like every other local page, so the URLs are built
in one place.

Adds a test for a resources directory with a '#' in its name, which the
plugin page check did not recognise before.

HanifKoh 2876374b45 Add a Dockable HTML Panel API for Plugins (#15736)
orca.host.ui.create_dock_panel(html, title, width, height, on_message,
on_close, dock) hosts plugin HTML in a pane of the Plater's dock manager,
next to the sidebar, and returns a UiDockPanel handle
(post/show/hide/close/is_open). The arguments follow create_window(). The
panel uses the window.orca bridge of plugin windows, restores its position
and size from the saved window layout, hides with the Plater off the Prepare
and Preview tabs when floating, and is closed with its plugin; plugin panes
are removed in MainFrame::shutdown().

The web view hosting moves out of PluginPage into a shared WebPanel base:
bootstrap page and swap to the plugin HTML, theme, element-default and
bridge scripts, window.orca message parsing, delivery to the page, and live
re-theming, also re-applied on every load after the swap. Pages tabs and
docked panels both derive from it. Pages tabs now re-theme in place on a
theme change instead of being reloaded, and a window.orca call a host does
not support is logged.

What the hosts share no longer lives in one of them: the bootstrap page, the
base URL and the plugin-window bridge move to Widgets/WebHosting, used by
WebDialog and WebPanel alike. The Plater restores plugin panes with a new
saved-layout parser, GUI/AuiPaneLayout, kept in its own small header so
slic3rutils can test it without pulling in the Plater.

The web hosting classes carry no plugin name, so other hosts can reuse them:
PluginWebDialog becomes WebDialog (its bootstrap page moves to
resources/web/dialog/WebDialog), and destroy_for_plugin(),
load_plugin_content() and plugin_defaults_user_script() become
destroy_silently(), load_page_html() and element_defaults_user_script().

Includes a sample plugin (sandboxes/orca_dock_panel_plugin_any.py) and
binding and layout-helper tests in slic3rutils.

SoftFever 126e4d5445 refactor(plugin): split orca.host bindings into host/ by domain
PluginHostApi.cpp had grown into one TU holding the module entry point plus
three unrelated domains (presets, model/mesh graph, app access), and
PluginHostSlicing.cpp mixed ownable geometry value types with the
non-owning live print graph. Reorganize the orca.host surface into
plugin/host/ with one registrar per domain:

- PluginHost.hpp/.cpp entry point (replaces PluginHostApi)
- PluginHostBindings.hpp     internal per-domain registrar declarations
- PluginHostGeometry.cpp BoundingBox, Point, Polygon, ExPolygon + ndarray parsing
- PluginHostMesh.hpp/.cpp TriangleMesh snapshot (own TU ahead of planned
                             mesh construct/mutate APIs)
- PluginHostPresets.cpp      Preset, PresetCollection, PresetBundle
- PluginHostModel.cpp scene graph: Model, ModelObject, ModelInstance, ModelVolume
- PluginHostApp.cpp          Plater + plater()/model()/preset_bundle() accessors
- PluginHostSlicing.cpp live print graph only, now with a single lifetime story
- PluginHostUi.hpp/.cpp      moved unchanged

PluginBindingUtils.hpp stays at plugin/ root: it is shared with pluginTypes/
and tests, not host/-specific.

No Python-visible change: same submodules, class names and docstrings.
Verified with slic3rutils and fff_print suites.

SoftFever b0bacdd00b feat(plugin): add the slicing-pipeline plugin capability
Introduces a plugin capability that runs Python at the seams of Print::process(),
letting a plugin read and rewrite slicing state as it is computed.

- New slicing_pipeline_plugin config option; selected plugin refs are serialized
  into the print manifest.
- Print gains an injectable hook fired at each pipeline step (posSlice,
  posPerimeters, posInfill, ...). It is a no-op when unset, fires only on genuine
  (re)computation, and never on the use-cache path.
- orca.slicing submodule: SlicingPipelineCapabilityBase plus a trampoline and a
  Step enum. Capabilities read the live graph through zero-copy int64 numpy views
  (contour/holes geometry with unscaled coordinates, flattened toolpath data) and
  edit it through 2D-geometry mutators with cache-invariant refresh.
- GUI dispatcher runs capabilities during slicing under the GIL, turns plugin
  errors into slicing errors, honors cancellation, and adds the plugin picker.
- Ships the InsetEverySlice sample plugin and binding/hook tests.
