Hanif Koh bf43b9ea7b Remove Unused Project Includes From Files With Platform-Specific Code
A Linux include-what-you-use run cannot see the code inside _WIN32, __APPLE__ or __linux__ blocks, so its verdict is only taken where nothing the removed header declares, directly or through what it includes, is named inside those blocks. Removals also have to hold in both the Release and Debug configuration and never touch a line inside a conditional block.

HanifKoh 84657ff11e Add Missing Includes Across the Remaining Sources and Tests (#16071)
* Ignore Clipper, libpng, mcut and Boost.Polygon Internals in clang-tidy

Each only works through a wrapper or umbrella header: libslic3r/clipper.hpp or clipper_z.hpp configure Clipper before including it, png.h pulls in libpng's config headers, and Boost.Polygon's headers only compile through polygon.hpp or voronoi.hpp.

* Ignore minilzo's Config Headers in clang-tidy

lzoconf.h and lzodefs.h are internal to minilzo.h, which is what the code includes.

* Add Missing Includes Across the Remaining Sources and Tests

Covers src/slic3r/Utils, src/slic3r/plugin, src/slic3r/Config, src/libvgcode, src/dev-utils, src/OrcaSlicer.cpp and tests/, the directories left after src/slic3r/GUI and src/libslic3r. Generated with clang-tidy misc-include-cleaner. libvgcode's own headers are included by relative path as in the rest of that library, and Catch2 and pybind11 with angle brackets as elsewhere in the repo.

* Make the GUI and Test Headers Compile on Their Own

Each now includes, or forward-declares, what it uses instead of relying on what its includers happened to include first. Headers that only compile on one platform, or that nothing built includes, are left alone.

* Keep Windows and nanosvg Setup Ahead of the Added Includes

OrcaSlicer.cpp and several tests set _WIN32_WINNT, WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN or NOMINMAX before including Windows.h, and the profile validator defines NANOSVG_IMPLEMENTATION before any libslic3r header. The added includes had landed above those blocks, which broke the Windows build.

* Add the GUI Includes the First Pass Missed

Covers headers that only became editable once they compiled on their own, and wx symbols whose suggested header changed as the clang-tidy ignore list grew after the src/slic3r/GUI pass.

* Keep the Added Test Includes Below the NOMINMAX Guard

test_marchingsquares.cpp and test_texture_displacement.cpp had includes inside #ifndef NOMINMAX, which the tests inherit as defined on Windows from libslic3r, so those were skipped there. .clang-tidy also ignores the MSVC STL and UCRT internals, Boost.Multiprecision's fwd.hpp and CPython's Windows include directory, as in #16068.

Kris Austin 74aed7a2bb test: finish the temp-file cleanup (#14976)
Follow-up to #14785. Routes the tests that still hand-rolled temp paths through
the shared helpers and unifies the temp guards.

- Add ScopedTemporaryDir and a shared ScopedTemporaryPath base under it and
  ScopedTemporaryFile.
- Move test_3mf's round-trip .3mf output out of the TEST_DATA_DIR source tree
  (a fixed-name leak) and test_toolordering's fixed-name temp .gcode (a sharding
  collision) onto ScopedTemporaryFile.
- Move test_config, test_slicing_pipeline_bindings, the test_3mf backup dirs, and
  test_preset_bundle_loading onto the guards.
- Make slic3rutils ScopedDataDir compose ScopedTemporaryDir; dedupe
test_network_versions' fixture and delete test_plugin_lifecycle's duplicate.

SoftFever afb4505ea7 Store network plug-in identity by AA.BB.CC series
The stored plug-in identity is now the AA.BB.CC series (matching BambuStudio)
rather than the full build version, so the meaningless 4th build digit stops
driving config, the whitelist, filenames, and the version selector. This fixes
the macOS "can't switch to an older build" bug: the cloud endpoint is
series-keyed and only ever serves a series' newest build, so downgrade-by-
download was impossible and the download silently adopted the latest.

A startup migration normalizes an existing full-version config and file name to
the series form with no re-download, the loader resolves a bare series to the
newest same-series build on disk, and user-provided custom-named plug-ins
(libbambu_networking_02.08.01_custom.*) are still enumerated and loaded.

SoftFever 2804e06cf2 Sort network plug-in versions newest first and mark only the loaded build
Discovered builds were inserted positionally behind the whitelist entry they
anchored to, so an OTA-installed 02.08.01.53 listed below 02.08.01.52. The list
is now built by appending and sorting once, which also drops the per-entry
insertion scans.

"(installed)" tested whether the library was present on disk, so it marked every
version ever selected - switching leaves the previous library in place. The flag
is now is_loaded, resolved against the plug-in actually loaded, and the two
combo populators share one label helper.

SoftFever 12720ccbd8 Gate network plugin loading to ABI-compatible series
Trim the version whitelist to the latest series plus the pinned legacy build,
and reject out-of-series configured versions at startup, compatibility check,
and load failure - falling back to the latest installed build or the clean
re-download flow so the config never keeps pointing at an unsupported build.
