HanifKoh 4895bc03b4 Remove Unused Project Includes and Forward-Declare Where a Type Is Only Referenced (#16099)
* Remove Unused Project Includes and Forward-Declare Where a Type Is Only Referenced

Generated with include-what-you-use and applied conservatively. Only OrcaSlicer's own headers, the ones under src/ and tests/, are removed or forward-declared; standard-library and third-party includes are left alone. An include is removed only when both the Release and the Debug configuration leave it unused, never from inside a conditional block, and never from a file with platform-specific blocks, which only gain includes. Files whose only use of a header sits behind a feature or debug macro (libvgcode's OpenGL ES and marker code, the ARACHNE/TESTS_EXPORT_SVGS debug output) keep their includes.

clonable_ptr.hpp gains #pragma once; it had no include guard and was only safe while Config.hpp was its sole includer.

* Remove Unused Project Includes From Files With Platform-Specific Code

A Linux include-what-you-use run cannot see the code inside _WIN32, __APPLE__ or __linux__ blocks, so its verdict is only taken where nothing the removed header declares, directly or through what it includes, is named inside those blocks. Removals also have to hold in both the Release and Debug configuration and never touch a line inside a conditional block.

* Restore the libslic3r Precompiled Header and Direct Includes Lost in the Platform Pass

The platform-file pass treated pchheader.hpp as an ordinary header and
emptied it, and left GUI_Preview.hpp and 14 other files relying on
headers they no longer reached directly.

* Restore MainFrame.hpp in ParamsDialog.cpp for the Windows-Only Reparent Call

* Include Headers That Files Reached Through Ones the Cleanup Removed

* Drop Includes Duplicated by the Cleanup or by Main's Own Additions

* Leave PreciseSeam.cpp as Main Has It After the Precise Seam Rework

HanifKoh e40030cf81 Stop Malformed Network Responses from Crashing the App (#15947)
* Stop Malformed Network Responses from Crashing the App

Duet, MKS and UltiMaker parsed print host replies with boost read_json
inside the HTTP completion callback with no try, so an HTML or truncated
reply threw out of the Physical Printer Test button and terminated the app,
or killed the upload queue thread. The five identical copies of the parser
(ESP3D's and Flashforge's were unused) are replaced by one shared
PrintHost::get_err_code_from_body that reports a non-JSON reply as an error.
The upload queue now catches a failing job per job, so one bad upload no
longer leaves later jobs queued forever.

Flashforge read material station slots with nlohmann value(), which throws
on off-type fields or non-object entries. The parsing moves into
Flashforge::parse_material_slots, which reads fields leniently with the
existing try_parse_json_int and skips bad entries.

UserManager::parse_json parsed the payload before its try block; the parse
now happens inside it.

* Keep UploadFinished Paired with UploadStarted When an Upload Throws

The exception from a throwing upload was caught around perform_job, so
the UploadFinished lifecycle event was skipped and plugins saw an
upload start that never finished.

The catch now sits around the upload call. The error is reported
through the job's error callback and UploadFinished is fired with an
error code, as for any other failed upload. The worker keeps running
for the next job. The started, upload and finished sequence moved to
PrintHostJobQueue::upload_job so it can be tested without the dialog.

Mariano Dupont f118b6b337 Add Flashforge Adventurer 5 series local send workflow with IFS mapping (#12991)
* Add Flashforge AD5X local send dialog, IFS mapping, and LAN discovery

* Refine Flashforge AD5X IFS dialog behavior

* Refine Flashforge IFS slot selection dialog

* Fix Flashforge printer selection and print mapping

* Use 3MF for Flashforge local uploads

* Generalize Flashforge local API handling

* Handle Flashforge local API IFS support more robustly

* Use selected plate filament info for Flashforge IFS mapping

* Fix Flashforge current-plate mapping and widget sizing

* Improve Flashforge IFS contrast and color matching

* Fix Flashforge legacy plate export and upload naming

Resolve PLATE_CURRENT_IDX before the legacy send-to-printhost path calls send_gcode so single-plate Flashforge 3MF exports target the selected plate instead of leaking the sentinel into export_3mf.

Sanitize Flashforge upload names in one shared utility reused by both the dialog and the backend client. This keeps the UI-visible filename and the actual uploaded filename consistent and replaces printer-problematic characters such as '=' without scattering Flashforge-specific logic through the generic Plater flow.

* Keep Flashforge upload filename sanitization in the backend only

Drop the PrintHostSendDialog API changes and keep filename sanitization inside the Flashforge backend paths that actually talk to the printer. This keeps the generic send dialog flow untouched while still normalizing problematic upload names for both serial and local API uploads.

* Only use the Flashforge IFS dialog for local API uploads

* Use reported Flashforge IFS support without model fallback

* Remove unused Flashforge slot uniqueness tracking

* Include <array> for Flashforge discovery message
