Qualify Slic3r::Polygon in the blocker-index test
tests/fff_print/test_print.cpp includes <Windows.h>, so an unqualified Polygon in the new TreeModelVolumes test is ambiguous with GDI's Polygon() and fails the Windows x64 and arm64 builds on belt-printer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
