FIX: dailytips display issue

jira: STUDIO-4980、STUDIO-4981

1. STUDIO-4980 fix that there is a incorrect image display in first page of dailytips
2. STUDIO-4981 fix some UI element display issue in dark mode: expand
   button color、image tint color
3. modify some tips content provided by salt.wei
