Added Lulzbot Taz 6 profile, and supporting files images to add other printers in the future.

* Add bed model and image for Taz Pro

* Filament name clarifications and prep for GFL

* Changes to align with GFL

* GFL Integrated

* Update version # to reflect changes to use GFL
