Fix openSUSE package names for ninja and WebKitGTK (#15384)

`ninja-build` and `webkit2gtk4-devel` no longer exist on Tumbleweed. Use `ninja`, and use `webkitgtk3-devel` for WebKit. It is the GTK3 build and ships the `webkit2gtk-4.1.pc` that `src/slic3r/CMakeLists.txt` requires.
