Added menu item for selection of application language from the list of installed languages.

Browse Source 
* m_Local and its functions moved to GUI.cpp.
* Strings in some files(GUI.cpp, Tab.cpp, Tab.hpp & Field.cpp) marked by _L() macro.
* Updated mo-files for En and Uk languages.
